These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the BV777 platform and form a legally binding agreement between you and BV777. To register a BV777 account and use the platform's services, you must meet each of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

Deposits: The minimum deposit on BV777 is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account conditions, though BV777 may apply individual limits in accordance with responsible gaming obligations or compliance requirements. Third-party transactions: BV777 does not accept deposits from, or process withdrawals to, any payment account that is not registered in the BV777 account holder's name. Any payment made from or to a third-party account will be voided and the funds returned to the original source, minus any processing costs charged by the relevant payment provider.

BV777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn while players have active qualifying bets, those bets will be settled under the original promotion terms. No subsequent promotion will replace a removed promotion automatically.
All bets placed on BV777 are subject to these general betting rules. Sport-specific rules are available within the BV777 platform on each relevant market page and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
BV777 settles all sports betting markets using official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body — PCB for PSL and domestic Pakistani cricket, ICC for international cricket, FIFA for international football, and so on.
Cricket — Rain and D/L method: If a cricket match is reduced by weather and completed using the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method, BV777 settles all match-result bets according to the official DLS result. If a match is abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for a DLS result are completed, BV777 will void all match-result, handicap, and total-runs markets and return stakes. Pre-settled in-play bets (for example, a "next over runs" market that was settled before the abandonment) are not reversed.
PSL settlement: All PSL 2025 bets on BV777 are settled according to official PCB match results. Where a super over is required to decide a PSL match, the super over result is the official match result for settlement purposes. BV777's PSL settlement rules are published in full within the cricket betting section of the platform.
Postponed and cancelled matches: If a sports event is postponed and rescheduled to take place within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, BV777 will settle bets on the rescheduled fixture. If a match is postponed beyond 48 hours or cancelled outright, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned.
Crash games (including Aviator, JetX, SpaceMen, and similar titles) and virtual sports available on BV777 are governed by the rules of the individual game in addition to these Terms. Each crash game and virtual sport on BV777 uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that produces statistically independent results. The RNG certification details for each game are available within the game's information section.
Crash games: Results in crash games are determined by a provably fair algorithm. Once a player has placed a crash game bet and the round begins, the outcome is already determined. The multiplier at which the game ends is not influenced by player behaviour, the number of active players, or any external input. BV777 staff have no ability to influence a crash game result after a round has begun.
Virtual sports: Virtual sports events on BV777 are simulated events with no connection to real-world athletic performance. Outcomes are determined by a certified RNG. Virtual sports events run on a fixed cycle regardless of player activity levels. BV777 publishes the Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each virtual sport available on the platform.
Technical failures: In the event of a technical failure during a crash game or virtual sports round that prevents the round from completing normally, BV777 will void the affected bets and return stakes to all affected players. BV777 is not liable for any inconvenience, loss of time, or opportunity cost resulting from a technical failure.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on BV777 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities:
BV777 actively monitors all accounts for prohibited conduct using automated systems and manual review. Any account found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately pending investigation. Funds in suspended accounts will be withheld until the investigation is complete. BV777's determination of prohibited conduct is final.
BV777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time. Common reasons for account action include violation of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, suspected fraudulent activity, and responsible gaming interventions initiated by the player or by BV777.
If your BV777 account is suspended, you will not be able to log in, place bets, deposit funds, or request withdrawals during the suspension period. BV777 will contact you via the registered email address to explain the reason for the suspension and the steps required to resolve it, unless the suspension is the result of an ongoing investigation where disclosure would compromise that investigation.
Voluntary closure: You may request the closure of your BV777 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Upon voluntary closure, any verified balance remaining in the account will be processed to your registered withdrawal method within 5 business days. Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
Self-exclusion: If you wish to close your BV777 account for responsible gaming reasons, please indicate this when making the closure request. BV777 will flag the closure as a responsible gaming self-exclusion and take additional steps to prevent re-registration in line with our Responsible Gaming policy.

BV777's aggregate liability to any individual player for any cause of action arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their BV777 account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
BV777 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, or third-party service failures may result in temporary unavailability. BV777 will communicate planned maintenance in advance where reasonably practicable. BV777 is not liable for any bets not placed or any winnings not collected as a result of platform unavailability.
BV777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, BV777 will notify registered players via email to the registered address and will display a notice on the BV777 platform for a minimum of 14 days before the revised Terms come into effect.
If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must close your BV777 account before the effective date of the changes. If you continue to use the BV777 platform after the revised Terms come into effect, you are deemed to have accepted them.
Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning of any clause, and updates to reflect changes in supported payment methods — may be made without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be updated whenever any change is made, regardless of its significance.
